Our office is located right off of Maple Ave/Frazeysburg Road. We share a building space with Parker Dental.

Drive around the building and park at the side door on the ground level. You will see a sign that reads “Amy S. Untied, PsyD” on the door.

Are you currently accepting new patients?

Yes, please call our office to schedule an appointment. Dr. Untied specializes in treatment with adults and does not accept child/adolescent referrals or court ordered referrals.

How do I get started with therapy?

Call the office at 740.565.0616 to schedule an appointment or talk with Dr. Untied to see if services you are requesting are available.

Are virtual visits available?

Yes. Dr. Untied provides telepsychology to patients in Ohio as clinically appropriate. If you are interested in a virtual visit, please call our office.

What do I need to do to prepare for my first VIRTUAL appointment?

You will receive a link to register in our patient portal. Please log in and complete the biopsychosocial form and read and sign the two required consent documents. You will also need to upload your insurance information into the portal before the first visit.

What do I need to do to prepare for my first IN OFFICE appointment?

Please arrive at least 15 min prior to the appointment start time. Office staff will provide you with forms to complete and collect any insurance information or co-pays at that time.

How long are visits on average?

The first assessment appointment is approximately one hour. Individual therapy sessions range from 45 minutes to one hour.

What type of payment do you accept?

Many insurance plans are accepted as well as cash, check and major credit cards. For additional information, please contact the office.

How much does it cost?

The initial assessment is $200.

Therapy appointments range from $130 to $180.

What should I do if I cannot make a scheduled appointment?

Please provide AT LEAST 24 hr notice for cancelled appointments. We will work with you to reschedule. Patients are charged for the full appointment if the session is no-showed or if the visit is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment start time.

Are evening or weekend appointments available?

Yes. We offer appointments several evenings a week and some Saturdays.

Are family members or friends able to attend the appointment with me? Do you offer couple therapy?

Family members or other support providers are able to attend your appointment(s) with written consent. Dr. Untied also offers couple therapy with in office visits only (not virtual).
